UR-EY Player · Membership and Usage Responsibility Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms of use between users who create a UR-EY Player account and the service provider.
1. Scope of the service
UR-EY Player is a media player and personal list management tool. The site and apps do not provide streams, channels, movies or series; they handle links users add from their own authorized sources.
2. The user's streaming rights and responsibility
The user confirms having the right to use and view every stream source they add, and agrees to respect copyright, licensing, subscription terms and the laws of their country. The user is responsible for adding, sharing and watching unauthorized or illegal streams or streams that infringe the rights of others.
3. Prohibited use
The service may not be used to distribute pirated streams, bypass access controls, infringe rights through account or list sharing, or for harmful content or abuse. Access may be suspended for suspicious or unlawful use, and records may be kept as required by law.
4. Content and service liability
UR-EY Player does not review or guarantee the content, continuity, accuracy or lawfulness of third-party streams. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for provider outages, link changes or losses arising from sources added by users.
5. Account and device security
Users must protect their password, QR pairing codes and device access, remove devices they do not recognize and report unauthorized access without delay.
6. Personal data
Account and device data is processed to provide the service, keep it secure and sync preferences. Details are explained in the Privacy and Information Notice.
7. Acceptance and changes
Ticking “I have read and accept” records your electronic acceptance of the agreement. The time of acceptance and the agreement version are kept as a security record. Acceptance may be requested again after material changes.
These terms of use were prepared for how the service works. Responsibility for streaming licenses and applicable law lies with the user.
