ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your UR-EY Player account

You can permanently delete your UR-EY Player account and all data linked to it at any time.

Steps

1. Open the account deletion screen and sign in with your UR-EY account.
2. Enter your current password and type DELETE in the confirmation box.
3. Press the Permanently delete my account button.

In the Android app you can reach the same screen with Account → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account; we will complete your request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Account details (username, email, password hash, passkeys), stream profiles and encrypted records, favorites, watch history and progress, settings, device connections, sessions, and sign-in and security logs are deleted immediately. You are signed out on every device.

Data that is kept

Deleted data leaves the limited set of server backups as those backups are renewed. The app's local data on a device is removed when you uninstall the app.
